If your presentation is approved, you will be automatically registered for the event, without needing to take any further action. You will receive your Speaker badge by email, which you can print or simply pick up at the Open Source Experience reception desk on the day of your presentation.

After collecting your badge at reception, please go to the staff desk at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. There, you will be greeted by our team, identifiable by their round organizational badges.

We recommend that you arrive at the exhibition at least 30 minutes before your presentation. A room is reserved for speakers on level -1, just past the reception area.

You will have access to the internet via Wi-Fi, which is free for everyone. However, we recommend that you have all your content pre-downloaded in your presentation.

Yes, there will be a person in charge of the event in each room to introduce the speakers and provide a link between the sessions.

If your presentation is approved, you will receive Speaker access to the Open Source Experience event. This badge grants you access to the Business Bar where complimentary drinks will be provided.

No, you can bring it with you on the day. A USB drive only. You can also bring your own laptop with its charger. In this case, make sure you bring an adapter or an HDMI or VGA connection. It is preferable to use a USB key.

A computer will be available for you to display your presentation, which you must bring with you on a USB drive. The room will be equipped with a projection screen and a microphone.

A computer will be available for your use on site, but you are welcome to use your own if needed (for a demo or other purpose). VGA and HDMI connections are available on site.

Yes, you can include a video in your presentation.

The room will be set up in a theatre format: the speaker facing several rows of chairs for the audience. Unlike previous years, there will be no headphones for listening to the lectures.

All conferences are video-recorded. They will then be freely available on the Open Source Experience YouTube channel and used to promote the event for one year following the conference. No, the interventions are not planned with a lapel microphone.

Yes, a questionnaire may be sent out to assess participants' overall satisfaction with the program. However, there will be no individual evaluation of the interventions.

No, we suggest you use the 16/9 format.

No reimbursement of expenses is planned for those participating in the program. If you have any problems getting to the event venue, please contact us at programme@opensource-experience.com.

Yes, you will have access to all the conferences and activities at the event. However, the DEVOPS REX Conference, which will be held concurrently, is only accessible with paid registration.
