Entry requirements
The Open Source Experience trade show is reserved for professionals. The organizers reserve the right to verify the nature of the professional activity of badge applicants.
All badge applications may be subject to verification based on the following documents:
- Company registration number
- Extract from K-bis (or extract from registration in the Trade Register)
If a badge request is not valid, it will be refused.
If your company is under construction or if you wish to visit the show as part of a professional training course, please contact our services before Friday, November 27, 2026.

All badge requests will be checked before and at the entrance to the show.
Access restrictions:
Our event is a professional gathering. Access for persons under the age of 18 is not permitted.
Are you a student?
- For individual student visit requests: These applications will be validated based on the academic project. Students with a Master's level qualification will have access to the exhibition and all conferences. Proof of enrollment will be required at the time of registration.
- For class visits accompanied by supervisors Please contact us at least one month before the event to confirm your project and issue your badges. Please note that access is limited to available places, with one supervisor for every five students. > contact@opensource-experience.com
Code of Conduct
The Open Source Experience aims to be a friendly and welcoming event, where diversity and respect are paramount. During the setup, as well as throughout the two days of Open Source Experience, we have no doubt that the entire community will be driven by these values.
Furthermore, in order to guarantee the comfort of each participant, visitor, exhibitor, and partner, the organization reserves the right to intervene in the event of:
- Discrimination, harassment or aggression
- Noise pollution
Unauthorized distribution of leaflets - Inappropriate behavior, images, or words that would disrupt the smooth running of the event
- Targeting of participants (visitors, exhibitors, organizing team)
- Transmission of messages denigrating the organization or participants (in any form whatsoever)
- Inappropriate dress code – particularly for advertising purposes for visitors.
- Behavior that aims to obtain the usufruct of a space without paying for it
- Misuse of the trade fair's communication strategy.
- Another inappropriate behavior.
Should any of the aforementioned problems occur, we invite you to contact the Open Source Experience trade show organizers directly and privately without delay; they will be available at the Visitors and Exhibitors reception desk.
All complaints will be taken into consideration, investigated and dealt with in complete confidentiality, as required by the situation.
The organizers of the Open Source Experience trade show reserve the right to take the following actions:
– Order the person in question to stop or modify their behavior, with a warning,
– Warning that measures will be taken if the person persists,
– If the person does not comply, the organizers will ask them to leave the trade show immediately.

The incident can be reported to the police and a ban from participating in future events may be requested.
