Real world feedback : How companies manage cybersecurity

Cybersecurity is an issue that cannot be avoided in embedded projects. Unfortunately, it is also an issue that no one wants to take responsibility for.

This state of affairs means that most projects deal with cybersecurity organically, without any real centralized organization.

We will explore several spontaneous organizations that I have observed in client projects, the internal and external pressures that create these organizations, and the consequences for the project.

By highlighting the anti-patterns that develop, we will be able to better understand the situation and how to move forward in different situations.
