Veronika MAZOUR MESTRALLET

In 2003, Veronika Mazour-Mestrallet co-founded eXo Platform, a French publisher specialising in open-source intranet and digital workplace solutions. In June 2022, she was appointed CEO of the company, with the ambition of offering an open-source, sovereign alternative to Microsoft 365.

Veronika Mazour-Mestrallet began her career as a private equity analyst at Goldman Sachs. She then joined the general inspection department of BNP Paribas, before moving to the Paris office of Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In 2009, she decided to invest fully in eXo Platform by taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer, a position she also held within the Codenvy spin-off from 2012 to 2015. Thereafter, she managed eXo Platform’s operations until 2022, when she became CEO.

Open source, synonymous with transparency, mutual aid and collaboration, is at the heart of eXo Platform’s founding principles and has always guided Veronika’s career path. With eXo Platform, she aims to build a more sustainable, responsible, free and high-performance digital future.
