Michel Paulin EN

President of the Filière (CSF) association of trusted digital players, Michel Paulin has spent most of his career in the technology and telecommunications sectors. A graduate of École Polytechnique and École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Paris, and a member of the Corps des Télécoms, he is an independent director of three companies (Quantique, a data centre hosting provider, and BtBl, a billing software publisher). He was CEO and Director of OVHcloud for seven years. Previously, he was CEO of Méditel, spent 10 years at Neuf Cegetel as CEO and Director, and was in charge of network administration and security software activities at the Bull Group. Prior to that, he participated in numerous assignments in the US and France at the McKinsey strategy consulting firm and began his career at France Télécom.
