Before joining Serena, Matt built a rare dual perspective: founder and operator turned investor. He started his career as CEO of two tech companies — an SMB B2B SaaS (exited) and a service marketplace — gaining firsthand experience in fundraising, scaling (50+ hires), and international GTM.
