Jutta Horstmann is a computer scientist, entrepreneur and Open Source expert. She serves as Co-CEO of the Heinlein Group, driving the strategic development of the company and its solutions that enable businesses and public institutions to achieve digital sovereignty, security and sustainability.

With more than 25 years of experience in the IT sector, she has successfully founded companies and held leadership positions as CEO, CTO and COO. She most recently demonstrated her expertise in digital sovereignty as Managing Director of the German Centre for Digital Sovereignty (ZenDiS), where she oversaw the introduction of innovative open-source solutions in public administration.
