Jean-Louis Le roux EN

A recognised expert in telecommunications networks, Jean-Louis Le Roux is passionate about innovation and emerging technologies. As head of Orange International Networks, he oversees the design, deployment, operation, and protection of networks with a team of 1,500 specialists across submarine cables, satellites, terrestrial transmission, IP networks, Telco Cloud, CDN, and voice and mobile services for B2B and wholesale markets.

With over 25 years of experience at Orange, he has held leadership roles in innovation and international technical organisation, from network design to network engineering patents. In 2016, he joined the international networks division, driving numerous innovations in automation, softwarisation, network disaggregation, and convergence. Jean-Louis also serves as CTIO of Orange Wholesale.
