Project Manager for Cloud, HPC and Quantum Computing at the French Ministry for the Economy (DGE). She previously served as Head of the Geopolitics of Technology program at IFRI and was a member of the Informal Working Group on Science Diplomacy. She holds a PhD in Political Science from Sciences Po Paris.
