Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted access to our event.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Are you a student?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Requests from individual students<\/strong>: These requests will be validated on the basis of the student&#8217;s academic project. Students with a Master&#8217;s degree will have access to the exhibition and all the conferences. They will be asked to provide proof of this when they register.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>For students class visits accompanied by supervisors<\/strong>: please contact us at least 1 month before the event to validate your project and issue your badge. During the set-up, as during the 2 days of Open Source Experience, we have no doubt that the entire Open Source community will be driven by these values.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Furthermore, in order to guarantee the comfort of each attendee, exhibitor, partner, the organization reserves the right to intervene in case of:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Discrimination, harassment or aggression<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Noise nuisance<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Non-authorised leaflets distribution<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Inappropriate behaviour, images or words that would disrupt the smooth running of the show<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Taking on participants (visitors, exhibitors, organisation team)<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Transmission of messages denigrating the organization or participants (in any form)<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Inappropriate dress code &#8211; especially advertising for visitors.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Behaviour that aims to obtain the usufruct of a space without paying for it<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Diversion of the exhibition communication.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Other inappropriate behaviour.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Should any of the aforementioned problems occur, we invite you to contact the Open Source Experience exhibition organisation directly and privately without delay. They will be available at the Visitors and Exhibitors Reception desk. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Any complaint will be considered, investigated and treated confidentially, as required by the situation.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">The Open Source Experience exhibition organisation reserves the right to take the following actions:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Order the person in question to stop or modify his behaviour, with a warning,<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Warning that action will be taken if the person persists,<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">If the person does not comply, the organization will ask them to leave the lounge immediately.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">The incident may be reported to the police and a ban on participation in future events may be requested.<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The OPEN SOURCE EXPERIENCE trade show is only for professionals.
