The Program Committee is coordinated by the Systematic Paris Region Open Source Hub and is composed of a pool of experts.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Their role? To select around one hundred conferences in order to build a high-quality program that gives pride of place to real-world feedback and experience.<\/p>\n

For the 2026 edition, the Program Committee will be chaired by Yannick Seiller and Fran\u00e7ois-Xavier Guidet.<\/p>\n

Yannick Seiller \u2013 CEO \u2013 FactorFX<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>A passionate entrepreneur in open source, Yannick Seiller has dedicated more than fifteen years of his career to growing the ecosystem in France.<\/p>\n

As head of FactorFX since 2012, he has shaped a company that is both a software publisher and an integrator of open source environments, capable of supporting both SMEs and large public administrations.<\/p>\n

Committed and actively involved, he contributes to several flagship projects such as OCS Inventory, ITSM-NG, Proxmox, Bekane, and MyB\u2019Suite, with a pragmatic vision: making open source software a true driver of performance, sovereignty, and digital trust for organizations.<\/p>\n

In 2024, he took part in the creation of the Open Source Experts collective, alongside Worteks, Bluemind, Arawa, and Inno\u00b3\u2014an alliance born from the belief that cooperation between open source players is key to building a credible and sustainable alternative to cloud giants.<\/p>\n

Close to the field, he relies on his experience with CIOs, local authorities, and large enterprises to connect strategy with operational reality. Behind his straightforward and practical approach lies a clear ambition: to promote a free, sovereign, and innovative digital ecosystem.<\/p>\n

Fran\u00e7ois-Xavier Guidet \u2013 CTO & Co-founder \u2013 FactorFX<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>With a background in telecommunications and network engineering, Fran\u00e7ois-Xavier Guidet began his career in the United States before returning to France to found FactorFX in 2006. He has built a distinctive company at the crossroads of integration and open source software publishing.<\/p>\n

Naturally curious, he envisions FactorFX as a laboratory for ideas and solutions around open source infrastructures.<\/p>\n

Under his technical leadership, the company actively contributes to major projects such as OCS Inventory, My B\u2019suite, Proxmox, ITSM-NG, Bekane, and OpenNAS, combining technical rigor with a culture of sharing.<\/p>\n

Recognized for his ability to connect architecture, performance, and usage, Fran\u00e7ois-Xavier places great importance on knowledge sharing. A regular speaker at major open source events, he shares his experience as both an entrepreneur and a committed contributor.<\/p>\n

Driven by the conviction that open collaboration fuels technological progress, he continues to advocate for a digital world where control, transparency, and community take precedence over dependency and complexity.<\/p>\n

Gilles Chehade is a French developer and entrepreneur, and co-founder of Plakar, a company specialising in backup solutions. As a contributor to open-source projects such as OpenBSD and OpenSMTPD, he is interested in reliable, simple and efficient systems. Sylvain Garcia is Sales Director and Partner at BlueMind. A systems and networks engineer by training, he has built up extensive experience working on highly complex open-source messaging projects, focusing on architecture, migrations and day-to-day operations in real-world environments.
\nThis background gives him a very practical understanding of the challenges organisations face when upgrading their messaging systems, balancing technical constraints, security and business continuity.
